I've filmed the Concierge check-in at nearly every port Disney sails from, and I've sailed with nearly every Concierge host around the world, so none of this is theory.

Before you sail

The 130-day window: Concierge guests can request port adventures, cabanas, Palo and Enchanté, spa and nursery through Disney's Shoreside Concierge team 130 days before sailing, ahead of every Castaway Club tier, and book online from 123 days. Tell me your sail date and I'll give you the exact days and watch them for you.
Pre-planned requests: celebrations, dining, allergies and surprises are arranged with the Shoreside team before embarkation day.
Online check-in opens at 40 days for Concierge guests, the same as Pearl Castaway Club members, with the earliest Port Arrival Times.

Embarkation day

A dedicated Concierge check-in and lounge at the terminal, then priority boarding. I've filmed the process at Port Canaveral (including the new Terminal 10), Fort Lauderdale, San Diego, Honolulu, Auckland and Singapore.
Your Concierge hosts meet you aboard, walk you to the lounge and take care of your remaining requests while the ship fills.

On board

The Concierge Lounge and sundeck all cruise long, with complimentary beverages at happy hour.
Private character meet-and-greets in the lounge: Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Donald, Pluto, Stitch, Captain Hook and, on the Adventure, Duffy and ShellieMay.
Reserved, early seating to the stage shows, and on the Dream a Concierge-only fireworks viewing from the sundeck.
Expedited tendering at tender ports like Grand Cayman, and in-suite dining for suite guests.
