I can't put into words how much our Disney experience improved from 2 years ago with Melissa's planning!! The parks were crowded yet we never waited over 15 max to ride the rides of our choice!! Our meals were planned just at the right times and we saw parades and fireworks this time that we missed our last trip!! The extra tip info and guides she sent us to use not to mention the extra battery backup gift(thank you!!) all just made our trip so smooth and enjoyable!! I never waited on any questions throughout the entire planning - even when we were in Disney and she was on a cruise!

So fun & helpful to have someone who speaks fluent "Disney!" This was my 4th trip - but the first time I've used an agent. I had such a great experience with Melissa that I will most definitely be using her again. Being able to bounce my ideas and questions off of someone so knowledgeable and using her suggestions and tips made our trip even more "magical!"
