Concierge Family Oceanview Stateroom with Verandah: The Smart Way In
Here's the thing most families don't realize: the Concierge Family Oceanview Stateroom with Verandah comes with every Concierge perk. The lounge, the sundeck, the hosts, the 130-day booking window, the priority boarding, all of it. What you're giving up compared with a suite is a separate bedroom, not the experience.
- Every Concierge perk included
- Filmed across the fleet
- Accessible 3B stateroom filmed
▶ Fantasy 12016: the most-watched tour on my channel
That's why it's the category I recommend most often, and why I've filmed it ship after ship.
What to expect inside
- A family-sized stateroom with a verandah, a split bath and sleeping for up to four or five depending on the ship.
- Concierge touches: upgraded bedding and bath products, a stocked welcome, and your Concierge hosts on call.
- On the Wish-class ships, 3A staterooms sit on Decks 11 through 13 near the lounge; on the Dream and Fantasy they're on Decks 11 and 12; on the Magic and Wonder, Deck 8.
- Category 3B is the accessible version of the same stateroom, and I've filmed Wish 11504 so families with mobility needs can see it first.
Numbers I ask for
- Fantasy 12016 and 12518, Dream 12516 and 12518, Wish 11502 and 13516, Treasure 12518, Destiny 12508 and 12518, Magic 8024, Wonder 8038.
- Connecting 3A staterooms (Wish 12030 and 12032, for example) are a great alternative to a Two-Bedroom Suite for families with teens.

Questions I get all the time
- Do Concierge Family Oceanview Verandah guests get the same perks as suite guests?
- Yes. Every Concierge stateroom category on Disney Cruise Line includes the Concierge Lounge and sundeck, dedicated Concierge hosts, priority boarding, and the earliest booking window for port adventures, cabanas, adult dining and spa. Suites add space and some in-suite extras; the Concierge experience itself is the same. I'm Melissa Jiles, an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner, and this is the category I recommend most.
- What's the difference between category 3A and 3B?
- Both are Concierge Family Oceanview Staterooms with Verandah; 3B is the accessible version with a wider entry, roll-in shower and more floor space. I've filmed a 3B on the Wish (11504) so you can see the layout before you book.
